I can verify that this method is indeed foolproof… given I just made some 😀

A much easier way is to by a jar from you local Tesco… and may be add some home-grated Lemon Zest 🙂

But where’s the fun in a blog post that says “I bought a jar from Tesco today… It was a pretty jar, with a label on……” 😉
And, actually… though I do say so myself… I’m pretty sure my lemon curd is *soooo* much better than shop-bought stuff. Nice ‘n’ tangy, and deliciously yellow, rather than off-tan as shop stuff sometimes is 😛

Off-tan?! Knowing how sub-optimal your eyesight is, I’d say you’ve been accidentally shopping for lemon curd in the shoe polish aisle.

I think you just see a different spectrum to the rest of the world… I remember we could never agree what colour my rug was either!!
It was blue but you were adament it was no such thing 😉
I have to agree with the fact that homemade stuff invariably tastes far superior to shop bought stuff though 😀
