my pocket

06 Apr

On digging an old coat out of the back of the wardrobe, it is rather to be expected that I will find a random collection of lost treasures to bring back memories of bygone days.

So, here’s todays lot:

  • One pound coin. I like finding money πŸ™‚
  • One bus and one train timetable scribbled one on either side of an orange post-it note. INV-EDI so it must have been in the past 6 months or so, and not still from the Glasgow days.
  • One (obligatory) used hankie – best way of boosting your immune system, this constant exposure to old bugs πŸ˜›
  • One receipt for a phone top-up made on dear old Byres Road. Doesn’t quite tie with the ‘Edinburgh’ conclusion, tho’ the date is June ’06, so I guess that makes it the tail end of my Glasgow time.
  • And one new flat.

Ok, sorry, that last one wasn’t really in my pocket πŸ˜› It seems to have jumped its way forward from my next post πŸ˜‰
